Uses – A powerful healer, myrrh is anti-fungal, astringent and antiseptic, making it good for sores, athletes foot, chapped skin and other conditions. It is often used in small quantities in skin care for its anti-aging effects. It helps to clear and dry the respiratory system where there is excess mucus and is very useful in mouth washes and other oral care products for toning and healing the gums
